Different DDLORA* files can be assigned to the R3load packages. The assignment is done by a text file, which is given to the MigrationMonitor as parameter 'ddlMap = mapDDL.txt' and evaluated by it.
Companies with backup systems can use these for a client copy and thus save on the computing power of the productive system. However, the burden of copying falls on the SAN. The development status before the system copy is thus restored. This prevents a transport from unintentionally "overtaking" an earlier released one with the same objects.

Especially the latter is of great importance in SAP Basis departments (and of course also for service providers). With "Shortcut for SAP Systems", a number of activities in the context of system copies can be carried out and automated. Your SAP Basis administration is thus significantly relieved. Automation also means that SAP Basis Administrators no longer have to work unreasonable hours. The product can be integrated into almost any automation software.
To do this, you need development, consolidation, and quality assurance (QA) systems that can provide the production system with the appropriate updates as SAP transports.
