The strategic IT plan of a comprehensive international SAP rollout including the introduction of SAP EWM, ERP and HR in China in 2018 has been defined. The defined goal was to find support with Application Management, Services and Support (AMS), so that the IT core team of Schmersal can focus on the project work. External experts should be found to support Schmersal-IT in SAP support and to release the capacities needed for the rollouts.

Through the SAP ONE Support Launchpad, customers can find the status of support connectivity in the My Landscape application. The Status of Support Connectivity app displays the data collection status for the customer's on-premise landscape.
PaaS and DevOps
Our Service Desk employees take care of your concerns and find individually tailored solutions. We have many years of experience in operating large e-commerce platforms / web shops for over 50 customers. Our service desk is designed to support Enterprise Web Applications. We are 24/7 throughout with competent service for your concerns. The continuous improvement of our services is part of our DNA.

The SAP Standard Support offer for On-Premise solutions will continue to exist. Users can continue to purchase basic support services for SAP solutions and maintain system operations and availability. SAP Enterprise Support continues to be the SAP-recommended support level for customers moving to SAP Cloud powered by SAP HANA, which guarantees SAP innovation and reliability in hybrid scenarios.

Some missing SAP support functions in the standard are supplied by the PC application "Shortcut for SAP Systems".

Every service representative is well trained and is therefore an expert in this field.
