If the ID is maintained for all affected clients, there is no longer a risk that the six digits used from the fifth position of the generated profile name will be the same. It is essential to implement adequate authorization checks in every ABAP development. For this purpose, the so-called AUTHORITY-CHECK is used, which queries the required authorization object characteristics and thus only allows authorized users to execute the code.
Existing permissions
Two equal permissions that meet the first maintenance status condition are also combined when all the values of the two permissions differ in one field or when a permission with all its fields is included in the other. However, if there are open permission fields in a permission, they will not be combined unless all permission fields in the permission values are the same.
New AP implementation, S/4HANA conversion or redesign of an SAP authorization concept - the complexity has increased enormously and requires a clear structure of processes, responsibilities and the associated technical implementation. New technologies such as Fiori and Launchpads are challenges and reasons to rethink authorization structures.
However, if your Identity Management system is currently not available or the approval path is interrupted, you can still assign urgently needed authorizations with "Shortcut for SAP systems".

However, if other users come onto the system and you only want to allow them access to a limited number of personnel, then in the case of the general authorizations you have to deal with the organization key of infotype 1 (VSDK1), which must be hard-coded into the authorization roles.
