Retain the values of the permission trace to the role menu
Permissions with status
A prerequisite for the indirect assignment of PFCG roles is a well-maintained organisational model. This may correspond to a line organisation consisting of organisational units to which posts are assigned. Use an organisation chart to visualise the employee structure of the company or department for which you are to assign roles. Assign to the posts the people to whom a user is assigned as an attribute. In addition, you can also include other objects from HR organisation management, such as the posts describing the post and assigning roles.

All external services for cross-navigation are stored in the role menu in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder. In addition to this information, this folder also contains external services that represent the already mentioned area start pages and logical links. You can delete the latter, as these are duplicates from the other folders or non-relevant external services. Now, to set up correct permissions for the non-manageable external services in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder, you can identify the external services you need for your CRM business role and delete all other external services. However, as I said, there is a risk that too many external services will be deleted and cross-navigation or calling the saved searches will no longer work. It is better to move the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder to a separate role.
Generic access to tables
Every SAP system (ERP) must be migrated to SAP S/4HANA® in the next few years. This technical migration should definitely be audited by an internal or external auditor.

This also implies that the change documents must be kept in Excel. The Excel file must not be lost or damaged.

Authorizations can also be assigned via "Shortcut for SAP systems".

If you want to send e-mails digitally signed, we advise you to send them at the system's e-mail address.

File System Access: The OPEN DATASET statement checks the permissions for the file to open.
