This missing functionality comes with SAP Note 1902038 and can only be recorded via the respective support packages for SAP NetWeaver Releases 7.31 and 7.40. The ZBV's change documents are written for the USER_CUA change document object. The analysis of the change documents can be accessed using the following methods.

Balance: In the settlement transactions, the user is only presented with the supporting documents for which he or she has permission. If the Profit Centre field is not filled in the journal view (Table BSEG), the general ledger view (usually Table FAGLFLEXA) is checked. To compensate, we recommend that you include the Profit Centre in the selection fields of the balancing transactions.
Implementing Permissions Concept Requirements
An essential aspect in the risk assessment of a development system is the type of data available there. Normally, at least a 3-system landscape is used (development, test and production system). One of the purposes of this is to ensure that (possibly external) developers do not have access to productive or production-related data. Since developers with the required developer authorizations have access to all data in all clients of the system concerned, there should be no production-related data in a development system. Even a division into a development and a test client (with the sensitive data) within the system does not protect against unauthorized data access for the reasons mentioned above. In the following, it is assumed that no production-related data exists on the development system. Otherwise, extended authorization checks must be carried out in the modules and access to production-related data must be approved beforehand with respect to the production system by the respective data owners. Since developers, as described, have quasi full authorization through their developer rights, revoking the authorizations listed below can raise the inhibition threshold for performing unauthorized activities, but ultimately cannot prevent them.

It is important for consolidated financial statements to have the same number range in the G/L account masters in different company codes. This is ensured by the tools in the FI module. In addition, the master records can be adjusted so that it is possible to work with the different currencies of the company codes across countries.

"Shortcut for SAP systems" is a tool that enables the assignment of authorizations even if the IdM system fails.

In addition, you can switch off the trade via the "Trace off" button or the F8 key and switch the trace back on via the "Trace on" button that is then displayed or the F7 key.

Some core elements of the authorization concept to be created can be defined in advance.
