Do not assign SAP_NEW
Temporarily disable Central User Management
Suitable for this responsible task are, for example, department heads or SAP key users who are familiar with all data access options (cross-module, via report, directly to the raw table, etc.) as well as with the organizational and technical protection measures. By signing the data ownership concept, the responsibility should be acknowledged and taken as seriously and bindingly as, for example, the signature under the purchase contract of a house.

When scheduling a job, another user can be stored as the executing user. This means that the individual processing steps of the job are technically carried out by the stored user with his or her authorizations. This means that activities could be triggered that could not be executed with the user's own authorizations.
Change management
You can customise the AIS cockpit to your needs. To do this, use the customising that you will also find in the transaction SAIS under the button Administration of the audit environment. Select Configure Audit Cockpit and you can define a default audit structure, the maximum line length for log entries, and the number of log entries per audit step.

Now switch to User Care and you will find that this PFCG role is not yet assigned to your user. To do this, you must first perform the user master synchronisation. You can perform this manually via the transaction PFUD or schedule it as a job. The background job PFCG_TIME_DEPENDENCY or the report RHAUTUPD_NEW is intended for this.

Assigning a role for a limited period of time is done in seconds with "Shortcut for SAP systems" and allows you to quickly continue your go-live.

These eligibility objects are then additionally entered in the transaction SE93 (Table TSTCA).

All change documents are indexed (this can lead to a very long run time when the report is first run).
