Authorizations
Full verification of user group permissions when creating the user
The report shows system owners in real time which roles exist in SAP SuccessFactors and which authorizations these roles contain. The report also shows which roles are assigned to which users and whether there are duplicates, for example of groups or authorizations. The user can export this overview at any time.

Once you have logged in, the permissions associated with your user (via the user account) will be available. Each of your actions leads to the use of runtime versions of the corresponding objects. This also applies to every privilege and role. Runtime versions of rolls are not transportable in SAP HANA. However, in order to achieve a high quality in the development of your applications, you should use a system landscape with development system (DEV), quality assurance system (QAS) and productive system (PRD). To enable you to translate development results to QAD and PRD, SAP HANA Studio provides you with the opportunity to create objects in a (freely definable) Design Time Repository that you can provide and transport via Delivery Units to other systems.

If you have set the check for Only applications with changed SU22 data, only applications where the suggestion values have been changed by an import, e.g. by Support Packages or Enhancement Packages, will be used. Take the step to take the data from the SU22 transaction by selecting your applications. You will now get a list of applications that you need to match. Select the rows that the applications to match. The buttons in the menubar help you to adjust.

When the method is called in the Central User Management (ZBV), all initial passwords associated with the system in which the password was reset are listed. You should adapt the content of the e-mail to your requirements.

Secure your go-live additionally with "Shortcut for SAP systems". You can assign necessary SAP authorizations quickly and easily directly in the system.

ZBV is no longer active for this subsidiary system.
